Platform registration requirements:
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection System and its implementing regulations, the following conditions must be met to register on the platform:
First:
To register on the platform, the following information is required:
1. Full name.
2. Email address.
3. Mobile phone number.
4. National ID number.
5. Password.
6. City/Region (if applicable)
Second:
Enabling the platform to use the aforementioned data for the following purposes:
1. Creating your account and enabling you to access the platform.

12. The platform is committed to granting students who complete the diploma requirements an accredited certificate from the College of Applied Sciences at Al-Baha University, which can be requested electronically.
* User Obligations:
After completing the account creation process on the "Applied College" platform using a mobile number and password, and registering for a diploma, users must adhere to the following:
1. Complete Registration: The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating the account and update it as needed to ensure service continuity.
2. Compliance with Platform Usage Rules: The user undertakes to comply with all terms and conditions governing the use of the platform, including refraining from any practices that may harm the educational process or the platform's technical systems.
3. Use of Personal Account: Users must use their personal accounts only and not share their login information with any other party.
* Intellectual Property Rights:
1. Content Ownership: The educational content provided, including lessons, tests, and projects, is the property of the College of Applied Sciences at Al-Baha University.
2. Sharing Prohibited: Sharing any part of the educational content with others or publishing it on social media without permission is prohibited.
3. Personal Project Rights: Students are permitted to publish their own projects, but they are not allowed to share or use their classmates' projects without permission.
4. Legal Action: The College of Applied Sciences at Al-Baha University reserves the right to pursue legal action against any infringement of intellectual property rights and to suspend access to the account in case of infringement.
* Payment and Invoicing:
1. Payment Methods: Diploma fees are payable via available electronic payment methods, with the option of full payment or installments.
2. Non-Payment: If fees are not paid or proof of payment is not provided within the specified timeframe, registration will be automatically canceled.
* Changes and Cancellations:
1. Announcement of Changes: Any changes to payment and cancellation policies will be announced before implementation.
2. Cancellation, Refund, and Withdrawal Policy:
Students are entitled to a refund of the fees paid for study programs according to the following regulations:
These rules apply to the semester in which payment was made.
The student is entitled to a full refund of the tuition fees, excluding the registration fee, if the program is not implemented by the college or if the student withdraws before the start of the semester.
Please note that the registration fee of 200 Saudi Riyals is the student's first payment and is non-refundable.
If a student withdraws during the first week of the semester, 10% of the tuition fee will be deducted.
If the student withdraws during the second week, 50% of the financial compensation will be deducted.
If a student withdraws during the third week, they are not entitled to a refund of any part of the fees.

Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning an eBook/book you purchased from SDS:
· You can only return items purchased from SDS only.
· You have 14 calendar days return an item from the date you purchased it upon our approval.
· You are not returning an eBook/book without our approval.
· You have not viewed or printed, in total, more than twenty percent (20%) of SDS e-book.
· You have not used any included access codes for any online resource that came with your e-book purchase.
· You have not previously returned the same e-Book/book from a prior purchase.
·You have not returned a total of 3 or more e-books/books in the past 90 days across all of your SDS Accounts.
How to return an eBook
All you need to do is to contact SDS Support for assistance, and they will guide you through the process.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
· We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
· You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
· Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own responsibility and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
